Shipping Policy

  1. Free standard shipping for all orders within India.
  2. Applicable to all orders purchased online and offline at the stores.
  3. Shipping time is usually 2-10 working days. Some orders, due to reasons beyond our control, may take longer to process, depending on the order type, delivery location, logistics, and operational concerns. Please note that shipping time starts only after the order is processed and ready.
  4. We will share the tracking details with you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for pickup.
  5. Our responsibility is only until we hand over the product(s) to the courier service provider; we will not be responsible for any delays or untoward incidents, etc.
  6. We will use any of the following: Delhivery, India Post, Bluedart/DHL, professional couriers, etc., as our courier service provider, depending on the delivery location and operational convenience.
  7. We will not be responsible for any incorrect delivery information provided or the unavailability of the receiver/customer. For any shipments not collected on the first attempt, re-attempts will be made as per the courier service provider’s policy.
  8. Any products that fail to be collected even after multiple re-attempts will be shipped back to us. In such cases, the delivery will be initiated again at a cost to the customer, which will be informed to the customer.
  9. International shipping is available; the cost will depend on the product type and the destination address. The cost will be informed to the customer before dispatch.
  10. Any taxes, customs duties, delivery costs, or other costs in transit for international shipping will be paid by the customer. We will not be liable for any such payments.
  11. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery, loss, theft, damage during shipping, or tracking issues. Any dispute arising from shipping must be taken up directly with the courier service provider.
  12. For deliveries within Bengaluru Urban city, we use quick delivery services like Porter, etc. For products such as accessories/contact lenses/spectacle or sunglass service or repair jobs, regular courier service is offered as mentioned above; the customer, though, can book any service on their own if they wish, and we will hand over the product.
  13. All local deliveries and domestic couriers will be done only if the balance for the order/s is Nil or zero and no due amount should be pending.
  14. We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
